Online Orders

Can you send me a sample or smaller bag?

We are not able to send samples due to our shipping process. However, your local store can help! If you would like to purchase individual packs or try out a smaller quantity, we recommend our amazing retailers across the U.S. Find a store near you using our locator app.

When do you ship online orders?

We ship on Monday through Thursday. If you place your order after 12pm CST Thursday, it will go out on Monday. For holiday schedules or unexpected changes, check the notice in red at the top of the website for exactly when orders will ship. If there is no notice showing, we are shipping on our regular schedule.

Managing Your Account

How do I log in?

If you are new customer, simply select your products, add them to your shopping cart and checkout. We will create an account for you automatically, and you will receive details via email.

If you are a returning customer, your email may already be associated with an account for your convenience. To login, please visit the My Account page. The link is also in the top right corner of the website.

You can manage your account, your orders and any subscriptions on the My Account page at any time.

How do I reset my password?

If you are already logged in, go to the My Account page. Then, click the “Account details” tab. In the “Password change” section, enter your current password, and your new password (twice), and click the “Save changes” button. You may be prompted to log in again with your new password.

If you are unable to log in and would like to reset your password, visit the My Account page. You will see prompts to login. Below those, click the “Lost your password?” link. On the reset page, enter the email address associated with your account in the box and click the “Reset password” button. Next, check your inbox for the reset email. A link in the message will allow you to change your password.

If you do have an account and do not receive the reset email in your inbox, please check your “promotions” or junk folders for the message.

If there is no account under that email address, you will not receive a link and get a message on-screen instead.
